Marketing agency exec settles in Tomball

Kimberly A. Abey and Jeffrey T. Arnim acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 11611 Sardis Lake Drive in Tomball from Jennifer Mendoza on April 13.

Jennifer Mendoza acquired the home in October 2004. The 1,677-square-foot house was built in 2004. It is located in the Three Lakes East subdivision.

Abey serves as president of Spotlight Creative, a marketing communications agency. She previously worked with The May Agency, Lifetouch, Compaq Computer Corp. and Anadarko Petroleum.

She is a graduate of Youngstown State University.
