International company, Tomball resident blamed after alleged workplace accident

A Tomball man is being sued over claims he contributed to an alleged workplace accident at a Houston-area facility.

Amauri E. Elledge filed a lawsuit on Monday, April 16 in the Harris County District Court against Precision Drilling Company and Tomball resident George M. Regnier, citing negligence.

Elledge says on Jan. 12, he suffered permanent and disabling injuries while working at the Houston facility of Precision Drilling. According to the brief, a steel cabinet fell on top of him while Regnier was attempting to move it with a forklift.

Elledge is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Richard Warren Mithoff.
